in italian's subtitles she sings "Its ring a-ring o' roses", more popular here.
The german subtitles say "liebt mich, liebt mich nicht, liebt mich, liebt mich nicht" ("Love me, love me not, love me, love me not") which is a counting-out rhyme for people in love. Kind of strange and unfitting.
