- And I 100% accept that and will do it.
I only intended to give EA a little advice on how to make the "town switcher" even more efficient so it doesn't require the user to "ignore there friends" to let the towns all sync up. - Well, hopefully EA can implement my idea sometime in the future, it would just make switching towns FAR more efficient (I fail to see how that could be seen a bad thing)
Yes, taking a break from your neighbours for 24 hours will fix it but I'm sure EA would prefer it if people didn't have to think that way (after-all they do want people to play the game, not put it down for a day)
My idea would make it so you wouldn't need to wait and wouldn't affect users that have there neighbours already in 100% sync. - I have a problem with scheduling. I wonder if EA could fix it for me.

I had the same issue, my towns were all jumbled up so I had to go back to the main friends screen each time but then I delayed my visit by 4 hours or so and all my towns were in sync again, yay!
Exactly!
Hopefully EA can fill my request so this will be an issue for no-one. (As small an issue it really is)DarkSamus75 wrote:

so seeing as you've just added friends, by tomorrow everything will be in order. it's not like you'd have this problem everyday
No there won't because I've had this issue for days now. (Since adding friends at the start of the xmas event)
Only way it will "fix itself" is if I ignore everyones towns for 1 day so that everyone is ready to be visited at once.
Right now I get...
Town 1 = can visit now
Town 2 = wait 5 hours
Town 3 = wait 5 hours
Town 4 = can visit now
Town 5 = wait 5 hours
Town 6 = can visit now
Town 7 = can visit now
Town 8 = wait 5 hours
Wow that really is horrible. I don't see how you can even log on anymore while bearing such a burden. There really should be a telethon or something for people like you.
Oh wait, there's already dozens of telethons for retards.Mjr1124 wrote:

Was there REALLY ANY need for that?
All I have done here is try to give EA a small piece of advice to make the town switcher work EVEN BETTER.
I have not once in this thread complained, I just want to help EA make the game better for everyone.- Pretty sad that people can't post ideas here without trolls being trolls.
This idea would not have any noticeable affect to those that have there friends all in sync, it would only be a benefit to people like myself that have times all over the place in there friends list. nicoletsto665 wrote:
I have this issue as well, hopefully EA can do something to make it better.
We can only hope so Nicole.
Only a couple of hours to go for me now and I can visit all my friends one after the other.
Really hope EA can add my idea to it so that no-one has to wait for every neighbourhood to be in sync.LanceUppercut808 wrote:
Yours don't go in order? If I start at Other Springfield and keep hitting the Right arrow sign, I just go through my whole list of neighbors, in the same exact order I visited them last time...
Actually, my visit rounds to a person depend on their time zone in lots of cases. Not so important during this event --- but, for on stance, it made a huge difference if I tried to help them with gremlins, which expire, or handshakes that might be overwritten and wasted..
If it's evening here in California, it's middle of the night in the UK, and Sweden and Norway, and I don't know what time it is in Australia except that they're on the wrong day and need to get their calendars fixed.
So, no, I don't visit in the totally random sequence generated by EA. The new arrow is great for those who do! It would be spectacular to have a sort of "fast-forward" button that would take those like me to the next available friend. The existing improvement helps the vast majority, which makes it the best for now. :)annettemarc wrote:

Thanks Annette, by the way I'm an Aussie and it's 5:42pm on Saturday here.
