Like everyone else here I "won" this prize at the dig and didn't receive a second statue. Not really upset about that since the giveaways in TSTO are plenty generous enough IMHO, although what I find most frustrating about this situation is probably the fact that the same statue was on sale during the previous event for 60 donuts in the Medieval Mystery Box, which is how I acquired it the first time only weeks ago!
Might have shrugged this off easier had EA not strung me along twice as if they cared or knew nothing about why it happened, then essentially tried to scare me off with statements about fraud. This would be equivalent to stealing a 10 cent bubble gum ring compared to robbing a bank, nobody with half a brain would take such a risk without a big payoff and digital goods seriously don't qualify as high value. Any minute they could shut down like Zynga did with Fishville and walk off as if spending on freemium games isn't done with real money. EA's very real problem with stealing is far worse than someone asking for a little statue from people they never hear a peep out of otherwise when the game is glitchy or we cannot connect... right in the middle of game play with time running out. I have to wonder why they bother having support when they don't help us at all or intend to, and this isn't my first incident like that where they did more harm than good. All they offer is lip service and put people on phones to pretend as if they offer honest support when they do not.

EA is a US company based out of Redwood City, California. Like so many US companies, they have outsourced their customer service in recent years to other countries. They are not malicious, they just don't understand the game, and from my experience, some struggle with English. A bit of patience and politeness goes a long way.
