Barney "Plow King" quest will not start
Hmmm I tried looking at the Wiki for you, but all it says is the quests start once u put him into the Plow King Custome..

exactly, yes they are, so they should activate as soon as the Skin is applied.
have u tried puttin the bowlarama back into your inventory and resetting barney?
