Barney "Plow King" quest will not start
Hmmm I tried looking at the Wiki for you, but all it says is the quests start once u put him into the Plow King Custome..

Why does it matter if everyone is doing nothing? The only characters tied to the Plow King quest line are Barney, Homer, and Moe's Tavern, and I have them all. And there have been many times this month when when none of my characters have been doing anything at all. BTW thanks for all the replies. Hope you guys can help.
