Hi can you tell me what I have to do to get Milhouse & Bart to fight? One of my quests is to make them fight but the option is locked.
Did you complete the first part of the questline-Hijinks and Hoop dreams 1-3? If you have, you will need to have both Bart and Milhouse free in order to complete the quest.
Also scroll under Milhouse tasks list not Bart's. :)
