bart and lisa skins generate event currency - tasks missing?

Bought the skins and thought I saw generates event currency in store. Might be mistaken because they don't have tasks or any way I can figure out how they do. Updated title as the store screenshots...

Just realized something -with the help of a post on reddit- the 4 hour cycle is missing for this event. Something is certainly up. With the current spawn rate, we only have to log into the game once per day. I anticipate a bug fix update coming soon. Might be other things missing.
