I don't what's worse; Otto from the Christmas event or Lindsey Naegle from this event. I'd lean more towards Lindsey.

While Otto had issues for some; he was able to be easily purchased. Lindsey requires the tedious expansion of Heights (something I honestly NEVER want to do in my crawl town simply because of how much I DETESTED it).
