Bartman Cave questline
To be safe i would start with the 1 hr task then i can say it will remain. I have been holding off on his 24hr task lie and wait as he has been busy earning currency.

As far as I've seen, the Bart Cave questline is exactly one task long (use the Bart phone) and yes, it should remain now that you have the cave.
