battery drain
This game has always been a battery drainer for me. I didn't notice any extra drainage since the update though.

I'm on an ipad 2. Played for awhile yesterday with placing tiles, rearranging my town to accommodate the area next to the beach, etc. I didn't notice that much of a battery drain on the ipad though.
