I decided "What the crap. $5 for 60 donuts seems reasonable enough." and caved. I threw $5 at EA for some donuts, and decided to get 3 buddhas and a couple mystery boxes.
First of all, I've been playing the game for a month now, so I've gotten about 5 or 6 mystery boxes (one every five days), and I got nothing but trees and hedges except one day, when I got a lemon tree. THAT was cool.
But with the 60 donuts I paid for, I got a flaming bush, a green dumpster, a mystery box (which contained 1,000 cash. Whoop-de-doo), and a newspaper dispenser. I got tempted, I fell into the trap, and I've learned my lesson. But I wasted $5 first. I'd've been better off getting Hans Moleman for the price.
You'd think there'd be a 50/50 shot of getting a quality premium item with the Homer Buddha, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Really, it's about 5/95 that you'll get something good.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Lol I could have gotten you 130 or so donuts.. for $5 LoL
