Everything is awesome! Everything is cool when you're part of the team!
Yeah... No.... It's called feedback. Nothing will get fixed nor will any problems get any attention if there isn't a lovely stream of complaint threads. The sheer number of Easter problem threads really indicates mass issues in-game. This should let the developers know that everything ISN"T awesome. We can't be perpetually positive and pretend that there isn't an issue just to be a happy lego person.
BUT the lack of direct feedback from EA in return to our feedback is a little disappointing. Hopefully, these threads will lead to better events in the future. This would be my ideal fix from EA - more open communication and statements from them in regards to in-game issues. I have had an open ticket for well over two weeks on an issue that still needs resolving. Openness and "transparency" would put an end to the threads that EA is just gifting out premium prize items if someone complains or just sending them various amounts of donuts in response (or even terse emails in response to in-game losses).
Anyways, all isn't wrong in Springfield, otherwise we wouldn't be playing. We voice our opinions because we love.
