According to someone on another site because the forum was down and I was going nuts not seeing (reading) you all.... here is what they posted:
Deck 3%
Walkway 4.5%
Stairs 1.5%
Hut 1.5%
Bridge 3%
Platform 1.5%
Gazebo 1.5%
Pool 1.5%
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
I think it's 1.5% associated with each additional piece:
Beach hideaway base ... 2%
Covered walkways (2) ... 1.5% x 2 = 3%
Open decks (2) ... 1.5% x 2 = 3%
Bridges (2) ... 1.5% x 2 = 3%
Stairs (1) ... 1.5%
Small covered platform (1) ... 1.5%
Deck with chairs (1) ... 1.5%
Pool (1) ... 1.5%
Hut with tire swing (1) ... 1.5%
Gazebo (1) ... 1.5%
For a total of 20% (2% + 12 x 1.5% = 20%)
