According to someone on another site because the forum was down and I was going nuts not seeing (reading) you all.... here is what they posted:
Deck 3%
Walkway 4.5%
Stairs 1.5%
Hut 1.5%
Bridge 3%
Platform 1.5%
Gazebo 1.5%
Pool 1.5%
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Some of those you get two of. If you tap the main building, it will show that you get three pieces for each level up. Each piece is worth 1.5%. The other two percent come from the initial piece.
Re: limited time. It might be. It's better to assume that they will go away with other items from this event.
