No. Every time the random number is generated so the odds are for every launch. Contrary to the chance for fail/success that is actually 1/4 this one is random every successfull launch

I have never harvested my debris for donuts. Until this deep space event debris was in a way more rare than donuts. I like my areas that have tons of debris.

Don't know how much debris there is spread out on start up, but as I acquired land, I moved and put all my debris in like groups. I then spent several hours getting Homer to tidy it all up. Sometimes I got 2-3 bonuts in a row, mist of the time less, but it was quite a high average strike rate.

Well, no one should complain anymore about running out of debris, or press others to save it for potential decorations. Me, I think I'll just keep mining it for donuts.

Debris, hail ants sign and a Kudos topiary, lots of fires on the Rocket launch pad. :D

I had no idea that you could clear your debris for a chance of getting donuts. I thought that you only got debris once.

my rocket mostly crashes and burns. I've had one lot of debris and one hail ants sign.

Still, it's going to take a long time to catch up to the number of warheads that Other Springfield has!

I've had an extra set of debris but it was before the patch so actually never got it, every other time it just caught fire on the launch pad.

In order:

Debris, Hail Ants, mini nuke, debris.

ant sign, alien topiary, and junk(i use as decorations-eye of the beholder) no donuts.

i put rocket in storage 10 times in a row and it keeps on crashing and burning. guess that trick is not working for me anymore. anyone else having this problem?
