Big problems

I was disconnected three and the rep left the Routhier time after suggesting I post. Although I have read of others, too, losing currency, I was told EA could not verify what I was saying. EA is not your buddy, and these helpers they assign are clueless. Be good.


What do you mean by "EA currency"?

If it is Real Estate Value (you mention the lake prompt) then 100.000 is not that much (you need 200.000.000) so how can you be sure that you lost 100.000?
Or is it in-game money, like the ones you use in "old Springfield"?

The big problem is people losing donuts.

    Not sure of this works internationally, but if you're in the US, the key is to get to the call back option. The people running live chats are hit and miss, and outsourced to other countries. The email support is atrocious. The EA call back center in Austin, TX is amazing. You get someone on the phone that can go in and fix your game files while on the line with you.

    Works really well in Canada as well, but that's probably not quite as 'international' as you were meaning. :lol:
