LPN's chart uses GMT time, which is also UK time.
Sorry but had to point out that Greenwich Mean Time is defined as the time in Greenwich, London (no need to reference WET).
In the UK during the winter months we use GMT but when the clocks change we use BST which is GMT + 1 :)
