It don't matter if he's dead, that's the beauty of games. Certain characters can live on forever in the games since the game does not take place in continuity with the show. Take a look a Dr. Nick Riviera. He died in the Simpsons Movie, but here he is. In the game. Also the movie is considered non-canon.

I agree that they'd should include Bleeding Gums Murphy & he should come with The Jazz Hole

Add Maude Flanders & Frank Grimes to the mix.

And they could be in dream quests or alternate reality quests

I highly doubt he and Doctor Monroe would be added into this game, I think I remember Matt Groening saying they killed the two of them off as they were not prominent characters? I remember it was during one of the clip episodes...

And I have no idea how many times Hans Moleman has died & he keeps showing up. But his deaths are more jokes, so it doesn't matter how many more times he dies.

But as I stated before, characters that have died in the show can appear in this game with no problem. Bleeding Gums Murphy, Maude Flanders, Frank Grimes, M-ona Simpson, Sharry Bobbins, Poochie & Dr. Marvin Munroe are all characters that have died in the show that I would love to see in this game.
