BLOODLETTER'S TWINBLADE "Bleeding on Charged attack doesn't work properly"

Proving steel immovable after every third charge attack works with regular(light) and +shift(heavy) charged attack as it states on charge attack. The blood letter doesn't work for sure with +shift(heavy) didnt test it with (light) Also one odd thing i don't seem to loose adrenaline although i haven't got the legendary opened.
