Did you tap collect? It should have showed up after you hit collect, unless you were tapping like crazy and missed it. That happened to me on my fourth box. I saw that I won donuts, but was tapping and missed how many. I'm pretty sure it was 1 though. I didn't remember what my donut count was originally, but it didn't go up much.
