Depends how you want your town, more characters or bonus percentage. Gravedigger is a character with full jobs, nightmare is a decoration with 2.5% bonus.

I go characters over decorations (with or without bonuses) every time, but that's just me.

Gravedigger Billy is voiced which is awesome and Nightmare Willy I love this item so much.
