EDIT: OMG. I think all of our complaining about missing "old" style events might have made a difference! That's all I'll say.

If by old style events you are referring to getting booted out of the game every 30 seconds, then yes it’s just like old times.

I assume this is another mini-event to tide us over until THOH?

Nah. Tapping Invaders is old hat in this game.
Who remembers the Feds? With a siren that went off every time a new one hit your game - whether or not you had notifications enabled...

I know its old but with how the format been for a while its just a nice change. I just hope they do something more with main events now they introduce this feature again.

2 small tips:

- Try to double tap the convict quick before they run away..

- Concentrate on sending those needed for the prizes first and send everyone else on 4 hour tasks via City Hall. That way it's easier to spot the convicts..

Wonder if we can tag some in friends town? Probably not but will be looking, there were a couple events back in 2014-15(?) that had that event element.

My towns keep filling up with them, so I doubt you need to worry. Just leave 15 for the next round.

I'm a bit embarrassed at how excited I got when I realised I had convicts to tap.
