Building bonus points
When a building gives 2% bonus to all job, how long is the 2% good for? Forever or just during the goal theme the building started in?

- Forever, until you decide to place said 2% into storage. Your XP % will decrease by 2 percent, because you need to have the building or decoration(s) that increase your XP percentage out at all times to be able to reap the benefits of said percentage increase.
