Building library help
Hey Jen, your town needs to be at level 12 and you have to have completed part 3 of the "Bart crusoe" quest. Hope this info helps :)

There is 250 pages of posts in that thread, you can skip past the first 6 pages at least as that's where we talked about who was joining in & how it was going to work. We have put some tips on the first page so it's worth reading those before skipping ahead. Each Saturday we also posted our stats so that will help you get to the section were we talk about the levels you are on.
Thanks for the suggestion but after page 50 I gave up lol I think the problem is with the Halloween event be use that's when the quests stopped working properly :roll:
