Building library help
Hey Jen, your town needs to be at level 12 and you have to have completed part 3 of the "Bart crusoe" quest. Hope this info helps :)

The big problem is I can't get past call of the campfire part 4 because that requires Martin to tell a story but first I need to build the library. I'm pretty much stuck. Maybe I will contact EA.
