Building library help
Hey Jen, your town needs to be at level 12 and you have to have completed part 3 of the "Bart crusoe" quest. Hope this info helps :)

I searched the RTTF posts to see if any of us had an issue with the library quest. There is only one person that mentioned having issues and the task just appeared. One person mentioned that they got the quest for Let Yer Hillbillies be Hillbillies and completed it right before she got the library task, but she wasn't sure if it was the actual trigger. The task wasn't mentioned in the walkthroughs. If you have earlier tasks that haven't been completed, I would work on them. Sometimes things seem to trigger for weird reasons. Good luck.
