Given that choice, bumble bee man and Kearny are not worth it. As for the Aztec and observatory, they both only affect three characters one of which is premium. Not really worth it, I think. Better off with Duffman, especially if you have duff stadium. I'd also think about frinks or Otto as well. Good luck - just be sure to post your decision pls.

I think it depends on the types of tasks that you do. The theater gives Bart a 3 hour task that pays more than his 4. So if you use 4 hours a lot, Aztec > Observatory.If you use 8 hour tasks more, I'd recommend the Observatory. Martin and Skinner get a 6 hour task that pays more than the 8 hour task. If you don't really use either, they'd be basically eye candy, in which case Duffman would be the best option.I have no beef with Kearny or Dr. Nick, they will give you the tasks for all the main ones (1, 4, 8, 12, 24). I think people dislike Kearny since all of his are indoors except the 4 hour task. Kearny's 8 and 12 add to the mess at Moe's and the Church unfortunately (respectively). It depends if you want (what I think to be one of the best characters in the series) a good character, or if you want to get your money's worth. You'd earn a lot more cash getting additional characters though, so if you are saving up cash for the million dollar items or land, that'd be the way to go. If you just enjoy the casual pace of things, then Duff it up.

i am the same where i don't spend money on the game but managed to save up 100 donuts and just bought doctor nick. my goal was to get Otto and the school bus because i would get a building and a character but then decided to just get doctor nick.

money comes easy. I'd honestly suggest you buy what you like looking at. even with a 5-10% multiplier you should be getting 50k+ per day from rent. At level cap, with nothing to spend it on it will build up super quick.The duff brewery is a really nice building. You can do some really nice landscaping around it and it looks magnificent. Trust your instincts -- Duff Brewery. It is the best looking building with the best character. Stop second-guessing yourself.From personal experience, I was trying to get the Brewery with donuts acquired from Christmas Stockings. I only got up to 160 donuts and spent them on something else, and I kicked myself for it for months.

I would get the Duff brewery even without thinking it, I love that building.

Good choice....Duff man is the best premium character. And his Promote Duff Stadium is probably the second best task in the whole game (Fat Tony soaking in the hot tub is the best)

Duffman is what I am saving for atm. Depends on how long it takes if it's after I buy my boatload then I'll just buy it.
My wish list in order is:
Duffman, Obseratory, Aztec, Otto
