Buildings auto clearing? turn on your X-MAS lights to let your neighbors know...

Logged in this morning and had a full town of tapable buildings. Thinking it was fixed I went to the neighbors screen and back. Game clear half the town. Exited the game and logged back about 15 mins later. Game had clear everything else.

Is this all tied to the unreleased IRS building?

I have a whole lot of white houses that I reserve for neighbours and try never to click but only one of them ever has any money levitating and that's one I think I accidentally clicked at some point during the event. The rest of all those White Houses are always devoid of dollars and when clicked always report some timeout until they're available again. :( As someone else said, sorry neighbours. :(

Same here. But saw a new issue today.

In my main town, I have an area of houses with the cool brown house and 2 regular brown houses that were ready to be tapped. I tapped those from my side town and when I went back later, only saw 2 handshakes from my side town. SO besides autocollecting and not receiving the money, I'm also not getting all the FP points from friends visits.

At least it's not as laggy (is that a word?) as it was during the event.

Maybe fixed for me. I received a forced update on kindle today and my town seems to be back to normal with plenty of tapable buildings again. Been back and forth to neighbors/KL without a change. I'll have to keep an eye on it but looking good so far.

I just want to apologize to my neighbors if there's nothing to tap on! I haven't cleared any buildings since the update, except for handshakes! There should be plenty to tap on! Sometimes it's all there, I sync and they're all gone, sync again, and they're back....no idea what my friends are finding!

It autoclear my buildings this morning and again this afternoon. I'm leaving a bunch of brown houses near SH so my neighbors will have something to tap. I found out if I don't log on for awhile, my town looks normal with handshakes and ready to collect rent and stuff. On my second log on - short span in a few minutes, it will clear all the stuff except for the one neighbor that had been recently tapped my buildings. I will have clear my town before I log off and hopefully my brown houses will come up for rent when my neighbor is visiting.

Started happening in my towns: I refrain from tapping on houses (that's what is near the SH tunnel) but after visiting neighbors all are collected even though they are the vaious colors.

This certainly discourages neighbor visits whether visiting or receiving.

I'm not seeing much posted here recently about this, which worries me. I was so heartened to hear your game was fixed - today!- which made me hope mine would also be. Still waiting, but it's very hard collecting rents and leaving buildings for neighbors. I actually bought BROWN HOUSES at inflated prices, so my neighbors would have something to tap. I would appreciate hearing from others in this predicament, as if I'm the only one, I'll contact EA.

To Janis, no it's not fixed. I had one run where everything appeared to be properly working, didn't clear anything other than my blue house farm. Visited neighbors, came back and every other buildings spawn clock had reset. I think Ea is at the point of hoping we just quit complaining, they nerfed house farms with the escalating costs some time ago. This is to force us to only earn money thru characters or buying donuts and converting them.

Mine is fixed but I can tell that many of my neighbors are still suffering from this glitch. You should contact EA because the more people who do the more seriously EA will take this problem.
