Thanks for that insight. Do you have any idea why the buildings don't pay out when they're automatically cleared? Surely if someone wanted the IRS building, they would want to get money and XP when they auto collected. Also, does it make sense that the collect seems to go in progression from low rent buildings on the first collect, then higher valued buildings each subsequent collect? Was the IRS building programmed to collect from different types of buildings? Maybe I'm asking too many questions.

It's still auto clearing for me too. It doesn't matter whether they tap in KL or SF. Sometimes I get one handshake or a few or none, but you see the name of the neighbor who tapped. So thanks to my neighbors who tap regardless. All we can do is wait for a fix

Mine is also auto clearing too. It's irritating because I want to gather cash to buy the rest of the land and be ready for the next update.

In addition to that random buildings are clearing from time to time, for example, in a group of brown houses a couple will have something to collect whilst the rest have nothing. I feel KBBL and the studio are most annoying beacause I have to pay to play those so it feels like a double loss.

Apologies to my neighboreenos if they find my SF is empty of tapping opportunities.

I went to the Ea chat help Saturday and was told they had to kick it upstairs to a simpsons specialist to fix my account.
They said I would be contacted be email for anything I had to do. Still waiting, still not gettin money or Xp from buildings as the timers reset to the start of countdown.
I can't see an irs building having anything to do with this as we don't receive anything when the timers reset. Been happening since the monorail removal on iPad on both 8.4 and 9.0 IOS.

Yep, happening regularly to me on iOS 9 and an iPad. Really sucks to have a town full of dollar signs and do friend visits and the dollar signs are all gone when I get back, with no increase in cash. Sucks even harder because I have been trying to save up for more land, and can't. So I have just been staying out of my game so neighbors will hopefully have something to tap. Hope that this gets resolved soon.

This is still happening to me in both of my towns. If I come into the game and there is cash on some building, going to KL or neighbors generally clears almost all of it.

I just thought to look at the "Bugs and Glitches" part of The Simsons Tapped Out. (I usually come to Game Discussion and bypass it.) There is a thread there, but a weak thread of 2 pages, whereas this one has 6 pages. Maybe if we all posted over there as well, it would bring it to EA's attention. (probably not, but I'm suggesting it.)

Well, I see my link didn't work. Don't know what I did wrong. So just look up where it says The Simpsons: Tapped out>Game Discussion, and tap on The Simpsons:Tapped out, then look for Bugs and Issues, you'll find it.
