Buildings auto clearing? turn on your X-MAS lights to let your neighbors know...

Can this auto-collect bug happen also only occasionally? Until today, I did not having any issues, but 10 minutes ago, I left the game for 5 minutes. When I logged in again, all my buildings (exept brown houses) have been cleared automatically (no money and XP earned), also the good white houses.

Hopefully, EA fixes it fast AND gives us a compensation. The monorail take-down patch is the worst patch ever...

Autoclear problem? Turn on your Xmas lights!

That makes it sound like the problem will go away if you turn them on. :)

Ok i changed to title does it make sense? If towns are auto clearing does it affect KL? If not maybe tap in KlL so they still get the FP?

I hadn't realised auto-clearing wasn't affecting everyone. Thanks for the title change because that is what alerted me. I shall turn on my Xmas lights too.

Mine auto clearing is pretty intermittent, but I've got my lights on just in case.

Great idea! My buildings are always clearing when I go to visit my neighbors. Even the handshakes disappear. I have also lost a tile. I have turned on my lights. Sorry to my neighbors if nothing to tap.

Hopefully neighbours read the forum & will understand the problem. As it only affects some of us could it be that those who have the glitch are using a certain device (iPad Air here).

Has anyone tried a delete & re-instal to see if that may fix it?

If not I'm willing to try later as this glitch is frustrating & annoying,& let people know if it worked.

My lights are always on but I am not have auto clearing problems. I will have to search for the plunger to turn them off.

Auto clear = check
Lights on = check
Kind of redneck to have Christmas lights on when it's not Christmas = check
Neighbors solving problems EA should be fixing = check
Loving the look of the towns with lights on in the middle of September = check
