Burns and the Money Pool

I would try to uninstall and reinstall but make sure you save everything before you do that. so when you're ready to do it, head over to krusty land and let it sync. Exit back out, uninstall the program and reinstall it. see if this correct the issue if for some reason you just don't have the money pool when you come back then I would contact EA in the EA Help Center.

Still haven't got the pool yet :evil:

Having the same issue. Exactly the same circumstances, whenever I log in or travel to KL I get the reward screen for the money pool, its only -10 donuts for me to unlock it though.

I have deleted data, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail, I have a horrible suspicion that I wont be able to unlock any more prizes as the game thinks I haven't unlocked the money pool, even though it is in me town.

Several people over in the Bugs/issues section are having the same thing happen, I have emailed EA about it, fingers crossed it will get fixed soon as I am really loving this event and don't want this to overshadow and ruin it for me (and others effected)

I got the pool yesterday, I think I'll keep Burns in it all the time lol!

Finally got the money pool a few hours ago.
