How do you start with the players club?

You earn enough chips to place the fountain and then it prompts you to build the players club kiosk.

i don't understand how this work i got it and it always been on 120 how do you get more and what are they for?

You get more by crafting, buying the event-specific premium stuff, and each of the Act 1 prizes. You have 120, because those points came with your new Burns fountain.

PSA - no need to panic, everyone should get to Level 20 (or have the opportunity to), even without premium items.

All Act prizes award 4,670 CPs. That's only 2k short of the L20 requirement.
Crafting will have a maximum of 2,820 (allowing for max caps for some items).

As long as you play through the Act prizes, you should be fine, even as a freemium player. :-)

So to increase the chips in the Players Club, I need to craft items?

You receive certain rewards for crafting, the goal is to keep leveling up. At some point, the game no longer lets you craft 'items', for me it was level 1 third bar in. Then the only way to advance is to collect tickets and horseshoes by spinning at Moe's casino, then return to the crafting area and select upgrade when you have enough. Sloooooow process.

Is it bad that I kind of enjoy the early event panic and chaos?
