What I meant was that occassionally EA seems to forget that some of these old items have bonus % tied to them, so they just toss them into a new event for regular currency. Eventually people start posting about it online and EA patches to remove the item or make it donut currency instead.

Thanks, good to know I wasn't going crazy. Oh well, we're up to 3 threads about this topic... so my initial concern for subtlety is moot. If they patch it oh well, already bought about 200 or so walls. :D- It's not like the developers actually read these forums to see how incompetent they are. If they did, the frequent Bart screen disconnections should have been resolved 2 months ago.
