Buying outfits
If I buy a outfit for a character I don’t have will it be locked till I unlock that character or can it be used?

It's a conundrum for some players, do you buy costumes for characters you don't have and have then sit around in your inventory for who knows how long, or do you wait until these costumes come back into the Store (we don't know when they will come back) and you have said character in your town.
