I agree with this. I'm loving this event, but I really wish they'd get over the phased event structure. If people rush through the event and complain that it's done, it's their own damn fault. I'd rather have a constant questline that carries me through the whole event. Side-quests for the prizes and such are good, but the "get a prize, do 1 quest, wait 2-3 days to unlock next prize (and 1 more quest)" is less than ideal. Especially when there's nothing else going on in the meantime other than tapping criminals in rainbow afros.
Still, much better than other recent events, so I don't want to complain too much.
