This become the norm as of late. As mentioned above by Wadebear... these sometimes will resolve the issue. Personally, I am waiting for server to be stable today to see if EA has finally re-installed my missing limited time characters from a few years ago. Hopefully they got it right this time, only had to re-visit this case 4 times now.
