Nobody truly knows what mysterious thoughts pass through the minds of EA developers. But this is an old story. Cars are treated just like most other decorations, they can only be placed on open 'land' which generally includes the beach and boardwalk as well as the grass. Would be nice to park the Onda or Homer's car in a driveway somewhere, but if wishes were horses, we'd all eat well tonight.
