Erm yeah I think so, the way it works is - whatever building or item has to be Available for collection in your town for your friends to collect from...so that's why the simpsons house will always be available...it's every 45 seconds or so,

However if I was you I would atleast collect from the brown houses when you have the chance...they are like every 3 mins so again, chances are friends will be able too..

But along s you have the simpsons house decorated people will be able to get 3 coins no matter what...thy just wait every 45 seconds in your town for a coin
