Cecil carrying a heart sign, what task is that?

I think the post above is correct. Which is actually disappointing for me a bit. I say this because I set my outdoor visual tasks so that I can view them, but also sometimes I am thinking of my neighbors viewing these same outdoor tasks as well. I choose some with humor intended, but now that I know my neighbors probably never see them, it is a bummer. I do like the fact that they can always see a visual task, if my characters are indoors. But I still wish they saw the same outdoor tasks I choose.
