I was told on another forum that if you missed completing the last task from the previous day. It actually replaces the first task for the next day, rather than rolling over. So if today's tasks are 4,2,1,and 2 hours, and the previous day's last task was a 6 hour task, your tasks for the current day become 6,2,1,and 2.
I would assume it works the same if you missed more than one too.
The only days I might have missed competing all 4 tasks were the first and second day - before I knew you had to complete them my midnight local time.
I did all my tasks from yesterday, so there wouldn't be any 'rollover' from yesterday.
Here's the complete pattern to date:
1-1-1-4-1-1-2-1-1-2-2-4-4-4-2-6-1-2-4-1-4-2-4-6-2-1-4-1-2-4-4-6-4-2-6-2-1-2-4-1
Including the last 2 from yesterday (which I am SURE of) my pattern is 6-2-4-2-4-1, which doesn't occur anywhere in the above pattern.
And looking at it I just realized that the last 3 digits match: 2-4-1. And the last 2 digits from yesterday match: 6-2.
It's looking more and more like the issue is that if you don't have a particular building, then you're re-assigned to a set alternate.
Yes I see what you're saying here. Hmmm....that may explain why my first task duration doesn't usually match the pattern either. I have none of those buildings.
