Sorry, but that doesn't gibe. 4 AM Eastern time is 3 AM Central time, and I already stated that at 4:30 AM I still got the previous day's first task. And no, I didn't log in after midnight - I was asleep.
It's not just a matter of trying to fix it - I want to know WHY.
