Cecil Task times not matching list

Also, 8am UTC is the point when the countdown timers for the next act, new prizes, etc. change over. That's 4am EDT / 3am CDT / 2am MDT / 1am PDT. I thought it used that time for changing over the days on the task length calendar, too, but I haven't been able to confirm it myself.
