Cecil task timing
I'm not sure what someone did to figure it out before as I wasn't around for stonecutters. But for this event it's completely random. There was some tracking done in the comments section at tstoaddict...

The only thing consistent is that the daily tasks will start at midnight in your time zone. No idea how that will work out if you're crossing timezones.

EDIT: was thinking out loud about something, looked it up and it doesn't seem possible with the android api anyways, removed to avoid confusion
I have 4 active towns. I visit all of them in sequence, same time of day ... pow,pow,pow,pow. They're all on the same schedule, and have been since this started. I have no idea why that is, but I'm not complaining. :?:
