Note: For "premiums", they encompass any item that costs donuts - either always (normal characters, limited-time offers, etc.), & also those re-offered for donuts at a later date (eg. prizes from Events sold for donuts next time they appear in-store).
Any Chance you can post the list or put a link in your signature?
I'd love to see a list as well, if that's possible. I know I don't have all of them (mostly Squidport missing).
