Character Locator coming in the future?

It's just the Level 31 script, just a joke about people complaining it's too hard to find characters in their town, nothing confirmed, so I wouldn't get too excited. It's on the TSTOtips blog. Can't post the link but just add .com :)

oh I hope we get Chester and considering the amount of one time characters were getting like Rex Banner I would not be surprised if we don't get him
