Character Locator

I think there should just be 2 numeric values with labels. One for idle characters, and one for characters that have tasks completed, so it does both. I know some people like to clear everything first, then it's a game of Where's Waldo finding all the runners. But if there was a list of characters that had tasks completed, then it would also let you know how many have thumbs up, so you know how many are still free-range/done at a building with tasks to be cleared.
