He's a bargain considering the price, the restaurant improves your gluttony rating, and he pays premium rate. 8)

also the Yupprechaun (or however they spell it) which is the yuppie version of the leprechaun, and has the same function. you got him if you bought the Sham Rock Cafe

Bumblebee Man's 4-hour task also pays out higher than usual ($300 instead of $260).

Also, I read somewhere that if you send some of the characters bowling (16 hours I think) it pays premium.

its a premium building so it has to pay a premium rate

It doesn't affect your multiplier, as far as I know.

All of the StoneCutter skins pay premium, even with non-premium characters.

I can't think of any others. My mind jumped to Witch Marge and Akira; I think their abilities are the most unique. I wish more characters could make nice decorations or do something to speed up a task. (E.g. it would have been very cool if Cletus had retained the task to "Help Brandine give birth to another Spuckler" and been able to slightly speed up her 90-day task to "Birth another Spuckler.")

Nah, they don't have a multiplier. They're still great decorations, though. I've used them all over my town since getting Akira.

The bonsai trees are my favorite. I finally let Akira out for a couple days to do some karate, but I think I'm up to around 45 bonsai. He's back at work, of course. Don't want to spoil him. :)
