Cheating dilemma
Why not just ask her about it in a non-confrontational way? "Hey, are you using any tricks to get all that stuff?" etc. Then based on her response go the path you want.

Oh, and as for Mutant Seeds: It seems there was a glitch in Act 1 and 2 where some peopler's Monsarno Research Center was paying out in both game currency (Spades, Gas Masks) and Mutant Seeds. Here's the link to the thread : http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/10334654.page
