Christmas Bonus Coin Counter locked
Same problem here. My quest sidebar has the Christmas Bonus quest there, showing 1000/1000 Done! But it's not resetting and giving me a new spin token.

This prblem been reported before and all have the same symptom. I believe it is a glitch.
I was the victim of the PT1 glitch so I have a theory. My theory is that if you hit the amount exactly you lock the bar. Most likely to happen when tapping single present then visiting neighbors. It's a theory, I have no proof other may have additional evidence but in mean time, I only tap large number of presents at once when I get close to any 1000 mark
