Christmas Corn
I just planted my corn. Technically it will be done on Dec 24th but like that I have time to harvest if life interferes.

It is simply something to do to enhance the game experience. It has no game bonus or change in status. It’s for fun. Plant corn on Cletus farm in September so you can harvest it in December.
